GOAT is a SOURCE-registered organization at The University of Alabama and all volunteers are current students. We are also partnering with the Randall Research Scholars Program in the University Honors College and the Earley Laboratory in the Department of Biological Sciences as we design and implement a research study testing the efficacy of our outreach initiatives. GOAT has been recognized at the Advocacy in Action Reception and at the University of Alabama Service and Leadership Awards, "the highest honors that can be bestowed upon student organizations and individuals in regards to campus leadership and service".
